The <br />proposed Easement Deed is attached as Attachment 1. <br />Based on the existing appraisal, the City determined the value of your property, identified in <br />the attached Easement Deed, to be $2,200. The basis for this offer is explained more <br />thoroughly in the Attachment 2 to this letter and made a part of this letter by reference. <br />If you agree to accept the above referenced payment in exchange for the proposed <br />Easement Deed, please sign below.
