EXHIBIT "A" <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />APN 430-221-13 <br />DYER ROAD AND RED HILL AVENUE <br />(STREET LIGHT EASEMENT) <br />That certain parcel of land situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, being that portion of Parcel 2 of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 97-023 recorded <br />June 11, 1998 as Instrument No. 19980368021 of Official Records in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of said Orange County, lying within a strip of land 8.00 feet wide, the centerline of <br />which is described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Dyer Road with the centerline of Red <br />Hill Avenue as shown on a map filed in Book 48, Page 34 of Parcel Maps in said Office of the <br />County Recorder of Orange County; thence along the centerline of Red Hill Avenue as shown on <br />said parcel map North 4036'36 East 30.00 feet to the southwesterly line of Lot 105 of Irvine's <br />Subdivision per the map filed in Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps in said Office <br />of the County Recorder of Orange County, more particularly shown on said parcel map; thence <br />continuing along said centerline of Red Hill Avenue North 4037'53" East 545.70 feet; thence at <br />a right-angle from said centerline North 4922'07" West 74.81 feet to a point in the <br />northwesterly right-of-way line of Red Hill Avenue as described in that certain Grant Deed <br />recorded June 18, 2010 as Instrument No. 2010000289229 of Official Records in said Office of <br />the County Recorder of Orange County, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence continuing North 4922'07" West 5.00 feet. <br />The sidelines of said strip shall be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate southeasterly in <br />said northwesterly right-of-way line. <br />CONTAINING: 40 Square Feet, more or less. <br />SUBJECT TO all Covenants, Rights, Rights -of -Way and Easements of Record. <br />EXHIBIT "B" attached and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />L NN D se, <br />KURT R. o <br />TROXELL -' <br />Kurt R.
