Section 1.05 Non- Possessory Interest Licensor retains full possession of the License Area and Licensee will not acquire any interest temporary, permanent, irrevocable, possessory or otherwise by reason of this Agreement, or by the exercise of the permission given herein. Licensee will make no claim to any such interest. Any violation of this provision will immediately void and terminate this Agreement. Licensee shall be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to the License Area and will leave the License Area in satisfactory condition as approved in writing by Licensor. Licensee shall be required to remove all of its property /equipment upon expiration/termination of the License. Any personal property, equipment or other improvements that are not removed within thirty days of days of expiration/termination shall become the property of Licensor, at Licensor's option.
