Program Reporting <br />Implementer will provide SCE with the requisite information on the prior month's activities, <br />accomplishments and expenditures related to its respective Work obligations, for purposes of <br />preparing any reports required of SCE by the CPUC including Quarterly and Annual Reports. <br />Requirements for these reports may change per the direction of the CPUC or the CPUC's <br />Energy Division. The current reporting requirements are as follows: <br />2. Quarterly Report <br />Implementer will provide SCE with the requisite information to be compiled for the quarterly <br />portfolio reporting. <br />2.1. Expenditures for the Program per cost; Section 4, below contains a list of allowable <br />costs. <br />a. CPUC authorized budget <br />b. Operating Budget <br />c. Total Expenditures <br />• Administrative Cost <br />Marketing/Advertising/Outreach Costs <br />Direct Implementation Cost <br />2.2. Program Narratives - For the Program, a description of the Program activities <br />occurring during the quarter. <br />a. Administrative activities <br />b. Marketing activities <br />c. Direct Implementation activities <br />d. Implementer's assessment of Program performance and Program status (is the <br />Program on target, exceeding expectations, or falling short of expectations, etc.) <br />e. Discussion of changes in Program emphasis (new Program elements, less or more <br />emphasis on a particular delivery strategy, Program elements discontinued, <br />Measure discontinued, etc.) <br />f. Discussion of near term plans for Program over the coming months (i.e., <br />marketing and outreach efforts that are expected to significantly increase Program <br />participation, etc.) <br />g. Changes to staffing and staff responsibilities, if any <br />h. Changes to contacts, if any <br />i. Changes to Subcontractors and Subcontractor responsibilities, if any <br />j.
