INSURANCE ON FILE WORK MAY PROCEED N- 2008 - 063 -003 UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES CLERK OF COUNCIL DATE: AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT AUG � 4 2011, THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 17`j' day of June, 201 1, between Don A. Ruffin and Arlene B_ Ruffin, jointly (hereinafter "Provider ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution � and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "). A _ > �v RECITALS: N to � .> A_ The parties entered into Agreement N- 2008 -063, as amended from time to time, (the a H "Agreement ") by which Provider provides tennis instruction for the City's recreation and p leisure class program. B. The parties wish to amend said Agreement to renew the agreement for another one year term and to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A)_ WIIEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1 _ Section 1, entitled "Scope of Services ", shall be amended by substitution of a new Exhibit A, attached hereto_ 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2010 and terminate on June 30, 2012, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 12, below." 3 _ Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
