F. Pursuant to Section 13-212 of the Law, notice of the draft resolution of <br />intention was mailed and notice of the final resolution of intention was <br />mailed and published as required by the Law. <br />Section 2. A duly noticed public hearing was held on August 24, 2011, as <br />required by the Law. <br />Section 3. The Management District Plan of the CMD, including the <br />boundaries and the Engineer's Report, shall be modified as proposed by Downtown, <br />Inc. to decrease the number of parcels included within the CMD. All other necessary <br />actions required by the Law to effectuate this amendment shall be taken, including the <br />recording of an amended notice and map with the county describing the amended <br />assessment district. <br />Section 4. The Management District Plan for the Santa Ana Downtown <br />Community Management District, as amended to reflect the changes set forth in Section <br />3 of this Resolution and on file in the Clerk's Office, is hereby approved and shall <br />supersede the Plan previously approved by the City Council. <br />Section 5.
