The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />1. Residency Preference <br />Waiting List <br />As of March 31, 2011 there were <br />4,044 individuals/families on the <br />waiting list. The waiting list last b'VorkinSanta <br />opened October 1, 2007 and closed Alfa <br />November 30, 2007.
