20E APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND DONATION — TARGET STORES <br />DONATION FOR "NATIONAL NIGHT OUT" COMMUNITY EVENT — <br />Police Department <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the acceptance of a donation in the amount of $1,000 <br />from the Target Stores, to be used by the Police Department <br />"National Night Out" event. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012 -029 — Recognizing the <br />donation in the amount of $1,000 into the Police Special Revenue <br />Fund, Gifts and Donations revenue account and appropriate same into <br />the Police Special Revenue Fund, Operating Materials and Supplies <br />expendituare account. <br />20F APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT - ACCEPTING THE OFFICE OF <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL GRANT <br />FUNDS — Police Department <br />MOTION: Approve an appropriation adjustment.
