Based on recommendations from the Orange County HIV Planning Council, HOPWA funds <br />are used to provide the following services for approximately 330 Orange County residents living with <br />HIV/AIDS: Emergency Financial Assistance for housing and utility payments, Housing Coordination, <br />Transitional Housing services, and Independent Skills workshops. <br />Page 1
