(the"Trustee"), whose address is 8121 E. <br />Florence Avenue, Downey, CA 90240, and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation (the "Beneficiary") whose address is 20 Civic Center Plaza (M-37), P.O. Box 1988, <br />Santa Ana, California 92702. <br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including the indebtedness <br />herein recited and the trust herein created, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Trustor <br />hereby irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER <br />OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth, the property located at in the City of <br />Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, that is described in the property description <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein (the "Property"). <br />TOGETHER WITH all issues, profits, royalties, income and other benefits legally <br />or illegally derived from the Property (collectively, the "issues"), provided that so long as <br />Trustor is not in default hereunder, it shall be permitted to control the Property in accordance <br />with the requirements contained herein between the Trustor and the Beneficiary ("Deed") and <br />the Promissory Note ("Note") in the amount of $ which documents are on <br />file with the Beneficiary as a public record; <br />TOGETHER WITH all interests, estates or other claims, both in law and in equity <br />which Trustor now has or may hereafter acquire in the Property and the issues; <br />City.HO.DOT Page 1 of 13 2/8/10
