Agents are able to identify <br />program requirements online, educate their clients, and also view new <br />properties to market to their buyer pools. <br />Properties are added to the website upon acquisition close of escrow and <br />listed in 'Coming Soon' status, moved to listed `Available' (with a new <br />'after' photo) once rehabilitation is complete and the City approves list <br />pricing, then moved to `Sold' upon a buyer's successful close of escrow. <br />The www.santaanahomeownership.orq and <br />www.santaanahomeownership.com websites have also enabled <br />NSP1 and NSP2 prospective buyers to contact ANR staff <br />directly, and this has given us an additional ability to market the <br />program in a personal and more direct way to prospective <br />buyers. Implementation of Santa Ana Home Ownership Program signage to <br />brand the program <br />At the on-set of our NSP1 efforts in Santa Ana, we implemented a sign <br />program that adds visibility to the Santa Ana Home Ownership Program <br />and helps brand homes that are being readied for sale. Prospective <br />buyers may be driving through a community, will see a Program Sign, and <br />are given direct access via our website listed to instantly obtain more <br />information about both the home and the program. These signs have also <br />helped with the word of mouth marketing of the program.
