EXHIBIT K <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY AND <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />Community Redevelopment Agency <br />City of Santa Ana <br />20 Civic Center Plaza (M-37) <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />Attn: Executive Director <br />NOTICE OF AFFORDABILITY RESTRICTIONS <br />ON TRANSFER OF PROPERTY <br />Street, Santa Ana, CA <br />(Owner-Occupied Unit) <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana (the "Agency"), to carry out certain <br />obligations under the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of <br />California (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) and the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Merged Redevelopment Project Areas, has <br />required , (the "Owner") to enter into certain <br />affordability covenants and restrictions entitled, DEED OF TRUST <br />INCLUDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEED RESTRICTIONS (the <br />"Restrictions") Recorded with the County Recorder concurrently with this <br />Notice, with reference to certain real property located at <br />Street, Santa Ana (the "Property"), within Orange County, California, <br />Assessor's Parcel No. , and further described in Exhibit "A," <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The affordability covenants and restrictions contained in the Restrictions <br />include without limitation and as further described in the Restrictions: <br />1. bedroom, bathroom house to be restricted to <br />low/moderate income households for a period of 45 years. <br />This Notice of Affordability Restrictions is being recorded for the purpose of <br />providing notice only and it in no way modifies the provisions of the <br />Restrictions. In the event of any conflict between this Notice and the <br />Restrictions, the terms of the Restrictions shall prevail.
