Howell Ave., #416 <br />Anaheim, CA 92806-6029 <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Contractors and County are entering into this aggregate Contract for Light Duty <br />Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Services for OC Waste & Recycling under a time and materials Contract <br />effective November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012 in an amount not to exceed $168,200.00, shared <br />among the five (5) Contractors; and <br />WHEREAS, the County solicited the scope of services as set forth herein, and Contractor has <br />represented that it is qualified to provide scope of services to the County; and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor agrees to provide services as more specifically described in the Scope of <br />Work, attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated herein; and <br />WHEREAS, County agrees to pay Contractor the fees as further set forth in Contractor <br />Rates/Compensation, attached hereto as Attachment C and incorporated herein; <br />Page 1 of 31
