Chestnut Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92703, a legal <br />description of which is shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />under the terms and conditions of the unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor <br />and Lessee dated by Lessor , 2011, and incorporated herein by reference <br />(the "Agreement") for an initial term of ten (10) years, commencing on the Commencement <br />Date, as defined in the Agreement, and three (3) subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) <br />years each, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
