OCTA is deleting Attachment A, in its entirety, as identified in Larry Crandall Article 4 "Responsibilities of Agency", paragraph A, and in lieu thereof is inserting Director the revised "Project List", dated and effective April 23, 2012 attached hereto as William) Dalton Attachment A-2, which is incorporated and made a part of the Agreement. Director Attachment A-2 reflects the addition of newly approved project funding and is LorriGDirewo exclusive of Semi -Annual Review adjustments. All provisions set forth in Agreement No. C-1-2783 apply.
