BLANKET WAIVER OF SUBROGATION <br />The following replaces Paragraph A.5., Transfer <br />Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us, <br />of SECTION IV — BUSINESS AUTO CONDI- <br />TIONS: <br />5. Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against <br />Others To Us <br />We waive any right of recovery we may have <br />against any person or organization to the ex- <br />tent required of you by a written contract <br />signed and executed prior to any "accident' <br />or 'loss ", provided that the "accident' or 'loss" <br />arises out of operations contemplated by <br />such contract. The waiver applies only to the <br />person or organization designated in such <br />contract. <br />N. UNINTENTIONAL ERRORS OR OMISSIONS <br />The following is added to Paragraph B.2., Con- <br />cealment, Misrepresentation, Or Fraud, of <br />SECTION IV — BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS: <br />The unintentional omission of, or unintentional <br />error in, any information given by you shall not <br />prejudice your rights under this insurance.
