(C k 'kr <br />-7Z 2 -2 <br />?F ??.?. . <br />NqN- <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A-2010-190-02 <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on July 18, 2011 by <br />and between Knowledge & Intelligence Program Professionals ("KIPP'), a California <br />' corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State <br />of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />J <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2010-190, dated October 10, 2010, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant agreed to conduct a Terrorism Liaison Officer <br />(TLO) Training Program, collectively "TLO Training." <br />B, The parties entered into First Amendment to Agreement # A-2010-190-01, dated <br />December 30, 2010, to amend the Scope of Services to provide for additional TLO <br />Training. <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the Scope of Services to provide an additional TLO Training Basic Course. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement except those amended in this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by amending Exhibit A, as set forth <br />in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parses hereto have executed this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />Maria D.
