We keep careful, confidential case management files on each client, <br />including the progress she makes toward markers in her recovery plan, her attendance at meetings and <br />speaker sessions, and her participation in other program activities and services. Data is compiled <br />monthly regarding how many women have entered the program, how long they have stayed, and how <br />many have graduated. We also follow up on clients, either by mail or in person, after they leave the <br />program to track their progress and invite them to our weekly recovery meetings. The information we <br />learn about their progress through this follow -up process is also documented in their file.
