Agreement for Annual Weed and Debris Removal Services <br />October 3, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />A summary of the proposals received is as follows: <br />6 responses received for the RFP <br />1 proposal received from Santa Ana vendors <br />1 proposal late and returned unopened <br />5 proposals evaluated <br />Proposals were reviewed and evaluated on September 7, 2011, based on qualifications, capacity to <br />perform the required work, understanding of the scope of services, and cost competiveness. The top <br />three finalists were invited to an oral interview on September 13, 2011. DeAngelo Brothers, Inc., was <br />invited to the final interview; however, they requested to be removed from consideration due to a <br />significant mathematical error in its quoted pricing. <br />Based on the proposals evaluated, the scores for the RPF finalists are as follows: <br />Naranjo Landscaping, Inc <br />Pestmaster Services, Inc. <br />The proposal from Naranjo Landscape <br />understanding of the scope of services, <br />competiveness.
