Agreements valued at greater <br />than $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the <br />City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing <br />Authority at a public meeting on aq such agreements.
