A survey was taken from randomly selected Santa <br />Ana contractors who chose not to bid. The lowest bid was submlded by ACE <br />CD, Ina, (or $93,201.50, which is below the Engineers estimate of $105,500 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Environmental Review 4ERd006-166 has been completed and a Notice of Exemption has been <br />filed pursuant fo the California Enviroomeefal Quality Act. In addition, a Cedlfirale of Categorical <br />Exclusion has been prepared in accordaece with the National Environmental Qualify Act.
