EXIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — Girl Scouts <br />Contractor shall teach Folklorico class as follows: <br />• Girl Scouts in Santa Ana offers a program full of great activities for girl's age's 5- <br />17years of age. These activities help to build girls of courage, confidence and <br />character at the same time they learn about culture through Folklorico dance <br />• The class will focus on the techniques and steps of the traditional dances of <br />Mexico U <br />• Thi _ nior <br />4:OOpm-6:OOpm, beginning and running continuous. Instructor <br />may with the approval of the City, adjust the schedule. <br />• Each class must have a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 registered and paid <br />participants. <br />CLASS FEES <br />• The registration fee for the facility use is $7.00 per month. <br />• No refunds shall be paid to the participants. <br />• The City shall collect the registration fees from each participant during the <br />registration period. <br />• City shall retain One -Hundred per cent (100%) of the fees collected. <br />• Consultant agrees that City representative shall be entitled to audit Consultant's <br />records to insure compliance with this Agreement and that all participants are <br />registered. <br />C e r 1e -r <br />a 1 S 'vJ hn c.
