Systems, Inc., for an amount not to exceed <br />$85,000 for the upgrade to the Master Software Program, related training <br />and annual support. <br />By a vote of 6:0 (Hill absent) <br />2002. <br />at its Regular Meeting of September 3, <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Housing Authority currently uses specialized software in the <br />administration. of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. This <br />software is critical to the operation of the Authority and its <br />obligation to electronically transfer data to the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development. The Housing Authority currently uses the Yardi <br />Systems, Inc. Master Software Program, which is client-server based. At <br />this time Yardi Systems, Inc. is moving to a web-based system for <br />housing authorities. This new software wi11 provide timely delivery of <br />k~'C <br />
