CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011-17 <br />Filed by Paula Halverson, on behalf of The Wine Club, is requesting approval of a <br />conditional use permit for a Type 21 and Type 42 Alcoholic Beverage Control <br />(ABC) licenses for the off -premise sale and consumption of beer, wine and <br />distilled spirits and on-site tastings at 1431 South Village Way located in the Light <br />Industrial (M1) zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Confirm the Zoning Administrator's action approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2011-17 as conditioned. <br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 4 September 26, 2011 <br />
