Section 6 <br />Emergency Response Procedures and <br />Information for Nearest Hospitals and Fire <br />Departments <br />In the event of an injury, illness, or accident that may require the attention of a <br />physician, the CONTRACTOR Health & Safety Manager, CONTRACTOR Project <br />Manager, and City of Santa Ana Project Manager must be notified immediately. In emergency situations, field <br />personnel should call 911 for an emergency response team. All contractors must be <br />familiar with the location and route to the nearest hospital. Location maps and routes <br />to local hospitals and fire departments are provided in Appendix B and must be <br />carried in the field vehicle at all times.
