City includes 59 signatures of property owners requesting <br />disestablishment; and requested a re-vote on PBID. <br />Proposed that an advisory election be placed for a vote and if approved a <br />redo of PBID be done. Councilmember Martinez questioned liabilities to <br />the City, direct cost of conducting an advisory vote, and whether the City <br />has the ability to conduct such an election.
