Award a contract to ACE CD, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, <br />in accordance with unit bid prices for the base bid in an estimated <br />amount of $93,207.50 (grant funded) for construction of the <br />Fairview Triangle Habitat Restoration. <br />2.
