Award a contract to STL Landscape, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices for the base bid plus <br />add-on Alternate Two in the estimated amount of $111,500, for <br />construction of the McFadden Triangle Habitat Restoration. <br />2. Approve a funding analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $149,870. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
