RESOLUTION NO. 2011-XXX <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CHANGE <br />BOUNDARY LINES OF WARDS, AND FIXING THE TIME <br />AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That this Council hereby declares its intention to make changes in the existing <br />Ward boundary lines. <br />2. That 6:00 p.m. on the 5th day of December, 2011 in the Council Chamber, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place when and where <br />any person having an interest in, objection to, or suggestion regarding the <br />making of changes in Ward boundary lines may appear before the City Council <br />and be heard thereon. <br />3. That the Clerk of the Council is directed to give notice of said hearing by <br />publishing this Resolution once a week for two weeks in the "OC Register," a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City, prior to said hearing. <br />ADOPTED this day of 2011. <br />Miguel A.
