' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-04 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANY AND ALL <br />DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE ANNUAL <br />CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SFS03 PROJECT NO. CA16-8023-oS4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has previously <br />entered into a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions <br />Contract, part I for New Construction for Project No. CA16-8023-054 with the UNITED <br />STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Secretary of Housing and Urban <br />Development ("Government"), and now proposes to renew and extend said Contract. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY AS <br />FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed extension to the Housing Assistance Payments Contract for <br />Project No, CA16-8023-054, is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and <br />substance, and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute any and all documents necessary to maintain afford ability on <br />behalf of the Santa Ana Housing Authority and to forward such executed documents, <br />along with such other documents as may be required by the Government. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this 3rd.day of May <br /> <br />, 1999 by the following vote: 4:0 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~._~~ <br /> <br />Tom Lutz <br />C-- ~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~~ <br />Cynthia J.
