<br />, <br />, , <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION <br />CONTRACT NUMBER CA093VOO036 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (PHA) is <br />authorized to adrninister the" Housing Assistance Prograrn for the Section <br />8 Housing Voucher Prograrn for the United States Departrnent of Housing and <br />Urban Developrnent (" HUD" ); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PHA desires to enter into a Section 8 Annual <br />Contributions Contract (" ACC" ) with the Departrnent of Housing <br />Developrnent for the Section 8 Housing Voucher Prograrn; and <br /> <br />and Urban <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />Opportunities <br />HUD. <br /> <br />the 100 Section 8 vouchers for the Mainstrearn Housing <br />for Persons with Disabilities Prograrn have been awarded by <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Section 8 Voucher prograrn ACC, CA093VOO036 for the Housing <br />Voucher prograrn is hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br />The Executive Director of the Housing Authority is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute the ACC and to take all necessary steps to <br />file said ACC and to provide such additional inforrnation as rnay be <br />required. <br /> <br />. <br />
