Based on energy usage factors for water conveyance from the California Energy Commission, water transport from the State Water Project consumes approximately 1,666 kilowatt hours [kWh] per acre - foot.? Emissions from indirect energy impacts due to water supply would result in 0.36 MTCO2eq /yr. CONCLUSION The involves improvements ' project site with regards to aesthetics, drainage /water quality, and safety at and surrounding the project site. As shown in Table 4.7 -1, the proposed project would result 465.47 MTCO2eq /yr of operational - related emissions. Therefore, the proposed project's operational GHG emissions would not exceed the 1,000 MTCO2eq /yr GHG significance threshold. Therefore, impacts are less than significant.
