1 (2) .BENDER READY-MIX CONCRETE MANUFACTURING PROJECT <br />Initial Study /Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />6.0 CONSULTANT RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the information and environmental analysis contained in the Initial Study /Environmental <br />Checklist, we recommend that the City prepare a mitigated negative declaration for the Bender Ready - <br />Mix Concrete Manufacturing Project. We find that the proposed project could have a significant effect <br />on a number of environmental issues, but that mitigation measures have been identified that reduce <br />such impacts to a less than significant level.
