I think that it can proceed as an Amendment to the <br />original Agreement that went through in February because it is just adding additional funds to the same on-call <br />Agreement. Also, since it is less than $25,000 being added to this contractor in this fiscal year, and there is no amount in <br />excess of $25,000 going to one single project, it should not have to go to City Council.
