There were no other speakers and the hearing closed. <br />Council discussion ensued. Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez asked whether the <br />Building Industry Association "BIA" support the item. Executive Director of <br />Plannign and Building Agency Jay Trevino noted that he was not aware of <br />the position they took on the matter. Housing opportunity title came about <br />due to feedback received from BIA. Mayor Pro Tern concerned with <br />definition and clarity of windfall.
