Agreement For Point-To-Point High-Capacity <br />Wireless Millimeter-Band 80ghz System <br />November 28, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />consisting of staff representing Police and City Information Services, reviewed and evaluated the <br />proposals. <br />The evaluation team made its selection recommendation based on pre-established criteria with <br />possible max scoring points. Points were assigned to each Vendor's proposal based on several <br />categories of requirements defined in the RFP. The following table shows evaluation criteria and <br />maximum points for each assessment category: <br />Evaluation Criteria Possible Points <br />System Design with supporting material and 15 <br />Installation Plan (with traininal <br />References and BridgeWave certifications 30 <br />Systems Support and Maintenance 25 <br />Pricing 30 <br />Total 100 <br />Below is a summary of the assessment points rated for each vendor: <br />Vendor Evaluation <br />Pacific Services, Inc. 96 points <br />Full Spectrum Communications 88 points <br />Vectus, Inc. 65 points <br />Based upon this, the evaluation team's assessment is that Pacific Services, Inc. is the best <br />qualified to provide the Point-to-Point High-Capacity Wireless Millimeter Band 80GHz System to <br />the City and recommends that Pacific Services, Inc. be awarded the agreement to provide <br />engineering & installation, equipment, on-going maintenance and support.
