Section 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby requests the <br />Orange County Transportation Authority allocate funds in the amounts specified in the <br />City's application to said City from the Comprehensive Transportation Programs. Said <br />funds shall be matched by funds from Santa Ana as required and shall be used as <br />supplemental funding to aid the City in the improvement of the following street(s): <br />PROJECT <br />Bristol Street Widening: Washington to 17th <br />Bristol Street Widening: Civic Center to Washington <br />Grand Avenue Widening: 4th to 17th <br />Warner Avenue Widening: Main to Oak <br />Bristol St. and Memory Ln. Intersection Widening <br />First St Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />Edinger Ave Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />4th St Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />17th St Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />Main St Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />PROGRAM FY <br />RCP 12/13, 14/15 <br />RCP 12/13 <br />RCP 12/13 <br />RCP 12/13 <br />RCP 12/13 <br />TSSP 12/13 <br />TSSP 12/13 <br />TSSP 12/13 <br />TSSP 13/14 <br />TSSP 13/14 <br />Section 3: The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the City of Santa Ana <br />to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not limited <br />to applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, which may be <br />necessary for allocation of the requested funds to Santa Ana. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of 2011. <br />Miguel A.
