75D PUBLIC HEARING - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION <br />OF REAL PROPERTY AT 610-612 NORTH BRISTOL STREET <br />(PROJECT 081700) - Public Works Agency <br />Notice of Hearing letter mailed to property owner on October 18, 2011. <br />Mayor Pulido opened the hearing.
