Amend the resolution to have process for disestablishment. <br />Motions died. <br />Councilmember Tinajero noted that anti-PBID businesses made no <br />concessions; Downtown Inc. has owness to fullfill commitments and <br />obligations as included in agreement. Offered Substitute Motion to table <br />the matter until May, 2012, seconded by Councilmember Bustamante. <br />Councilmember Martinez asked staff about payment alternatives -staff <br />noted that information pending.
