That the granting of a variance will not adversely affect the General <br />Plan of the City. <br />Finally, the project will not adversely affect the general plan <br />as the proposed residential use is developed within the <br />established density of the Land Use Element of the General <br />Plan. Additionally the project will be consistent with the <br />purpose of the General Plan Land Use and the Housing <br />Element, as it will further the goals and policies of the plan <br />and not obstruct their attainment.
