<br />PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT
<br />CERTIFICATION OFNONDISCRNI1NATfON BY CONTRACTOR
<br />The undersigned contractor or corporate officer, during the performance of Ibis contract, certifies as
<br />follows:
<br />I. The ContrastorsMllnoldiscriminateagainslanyemployeeorapplioanlforemploymenlb ¢cause
<br />of racc, rotor, religion, sex, or national origin. The Conirxmr shall fake afGrmafive ac(ioe to ensure
<br />that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without, regard to their
<br />rece, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Such aGion shall include, but not bt limited to, the
<br />following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff
<br />or tetminadon; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for Raining, including
<br />apprenticeship. The Conlrxlor agrees to post in consptroous places, available to employes sod
<br />applicants for employment, notices to be provided selling fort the provisions of [his nondiscrimination
<br />clause,

<br />4. The Confracmr shall comply wish all provisions of Executive Order 11246 of September 24,
<br />1965, aad of the roles, regulafions, and releveul orders of theSecretary of Labor.

<br />suspended in whole or in earl and the Contraslor may be declared ineligible for futrher Govemmenl
<br />confraGs or federally asstsled conshsclion rontrects in aceordance with procedures authorized in
<br />Bxecwion Order 11246 of Seplemhcr24,1965, and such other sanctions may he imposed and remedies
<br />invoked as provided in Executive Order 1 1246 of September 24,1965, or by role, regulations, or order
<br />of Che Secretary of Labor, or as otherwise provided by law
