Conditions of Approval for Site Plan Review No. 2011-06 <br />• Site Plan Review No. 2011-06 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed belowria or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the site plan review approval. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The project shall remain in compliance with the provisions of Site Plan <br />Review (DP No. 2011-29) for the project. <br />2. Prior to issuance of a building permit, approval from the Santa Ana Auto Mall <br />Architectural Board shall be obtained. <br />3. Any amendment to this site plan review approval must be submitted to the <br />• Planning Division for review.
