RESOLUTION NO. 2011-084 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE FY 2010/11 MEASURE <br />M2 EXPENDITURE REPORT FOR THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 : The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br />A. Orange County Local Transportation Authority Ordinance No. 3 requires <br />local jurisdictions to adopt an annual Expenditure Report to account for <br />Net Revenues, developer/traffic impact fees, and funds expended by local <br />jurisdictions which satisfy the Measure M2 Maintenance of Effort <br />requirements. <br />B. The Expenditure Report shall include all Net Revenue fund balances, <br />interest earned and expenditures identified by type and program or <br />project. <br />C. The Expenditure Report must be adopted and submitted to the Orange <br />County Transportation Authority each year within six months of the end of <br />the City's fiscal year to be eligible to receive Net Revenues as part of <br />Measure M2. <br />Section 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that the <br />FY 2010/11 Annual Expenditure Report is in conformance with the M2 Expenditure <br />Report Template provided in the Renewed Measure M Eligibility Guidelines and <br />accounts for Net Revenues including interest earned, expenditures during the fiscal <br />year and balances at the end of fiscal year. <br />Section 3: The City Council adopts the Annual Expenditure Report, and <br />authorizes the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, or his designee, to <br />submit the Expenditure Report to the Orange County Transportation Authority. <br />Resolution No. 20'1'1-084 <br />Page 1 of 2
