The Council authorizes the Water Resources Manager to be the <br /> legally authorized representative for the City of Santa Ana to execute the following <br /> actions as required by the LOC: <br /> <br /> A. Approve claims for reimbursement; <br /> <br /> B. Sign the Final Release Form; <br /> <br /> C. Be the City's Grant Administrator. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Council authorizes Cesar Barrera, a registered engineer, to be <br /> the legally authorized representative for the City of Santa Ana to execute the following <br /> actions as required by the LOC: <br /> <br /> A. Sign the Budget and Expenditure Summary; <br /> <br /> B. Review and sign claim forms; <br /> <br /> C. Sign the certifications that the project is complete and ready for final <br /> inspection; and <br /> <br /> Section 5. Upon completion of the public water system improvements, the City <br /> of Santa Ana will make available water service to DPMWC customers, contingent upon <br /> each customer applying for water service, with connection fees being fully <br /> reimbursable, as specified and required by this Letter of Commitment. <br /> <br /> Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br /> the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote <br /> adopting this Resolution. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this day of 12011. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Miguel A.
