P84C-3000663-003C <br /> Your application for funding has been reviewed by the California Department of Public <br /> Health (State). We have determined that the Diamond Park Mutual Water Company <br /> consolidation project, Project No. P84C-3000663-0030, as proposed by the City of <br /> Santa Ana (City) is eligible for a grant funding under Proposition 84, Section 75022. <br /> <br /> This letter and the attachment hereto serve as your Letter of Commitment (LOC) stating <br /> that, subject to availability of funds, grant funds in the amount of $1,121,727 have been <br /> reserved for this project provided that the terms and conditions as set forth in the <br /> attachment to this letter are met. <br /> <br /> This letter also serves as the State's authorization to the City to begin construction of <br /> the project as described in the plans and specifications approved by the CDPH Santa <br /> Ana District Office on February 4, 2011, and deemed exempt from California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements by the City, acting as the CEQA lead <br /> agency, on December 6, 2010.
