Review or approval of plans, specifications, bid documents or other <br /> construction documents by State is solely for the purpose of proper administration <br /> of the funds by State and shall not be deemed to relieve or restrict Supplier's <br /> responsibility. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. INCORPORATION OF OTHER DOCUMENTS <br /> <br /> This Agreement incorporates by this reference Exhibit A, "Standard Conditions"; <br /> Exhibit B, "Special Terms and Conditions"; Supplier's Application to State for funding; <br /> project plans and specifications as submitted to and approved by State; and any <br /> attachments to said documents. <br /> <br /> Supplier accepts and agrees to comply with all terms, provisions, and conditions <br /> of this Agreement, including all incorporated documents and exhibits thereto, and to <br /> fulfill all assurances, declarations, representations, and statements made by Supplier in <br /> its application, documents, amendments, and communications filed in support of its <br /> request for funding, including but not limited to any and. all plans and specifications <br /> submitted to and approved by State. <br /> SECTION 3. PROJECT COST <br /> <br /> Supplier represents that the total cost of the Project is estimated to be <br /> $ _ of which State agrees that $ is the total Eligible Project <br /> Costs. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. GRANT FUNDING <br /> <br /> Subject to the availability of funds and in accordance with the terms of this <br /> Agreement, State will provide grant funding to Supplier in an amount not to exceed <br /> $ <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. COMPETITIVE BIDDING <br /> <br /> All construction contracts related in any way to the Project shall be let by <br /> competitive bid procedures which assure award of such contracts to the lowest <br /> responsible bidders.
