This prohibition shall apply for a two (2) <br /> year period beginning on the date the person left state employment. <br /> <br /> the date of <br /> (2) Supplier shall not utilize within twelve (12) months from <br /> separation from services, a former employee of the contracting state agency or <br /> department if that former employee was employed in a policy making position in the <br /> same general subject area as the proposed Agreement within the twelve (12) month <br /> period prior to the employee leaving state service. <br /> ARTICLE A-27. ADDITIONAL INSURED <br /> Supplier agrees that for any policy of general liability insurance concerning the <br /> construction of the Project, it will cause, and will require its contractors and <br /> subcontractors to cause, a certificate of insurance to be issued showing State, its, <br /> officers, agents, employees, and servants as additional insureds; and shall provide <br /> State with a copy of all such certificates prior to the commencement of construction of <br /> the Project. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE A-28. PROHIBITED USE OF STATE FUNDS FOR SOFTWARE <br /> <br /> Supplier certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure <br /> that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Agreement for the <br /> acquisition, operation or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright <br /> laws. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE A-29 LABOR COMPLIANCE <br /> <br /> Supplier shall comply with Public Resources Code section 75075 regarding <br /> Labor Compliance Programs.
