This prohibition shall apply for a two (2) year period beginning on the date the person left state employment. the date of (2) Supplier shall not utilize within twelve (12) months from separation from services, a former employee of the contracting state agency or department if that former employee was employed in a policy making position in the same general subject area as the proposed Agreement within the twelve (12) month period prior to the employee leaving state service. ARTICLE A-27. ADDITIONAL INSURED Supplier agrees that for any policy of general liability insurance concerning the construction of the Project, it will cause, and will require its contractors and subcontractors to cause, a certificate of insurance to be issued showing State, its, officers, agents, employees, and servants as additional insureds; and shall provide State with a copy of all such certificates prior to the commencement of construction of the Project. ARTICLE A-28. PROHIBITED USE OF STATE FUNDS FOR SOFTWARE Supplier certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Agreement for the acquisition, operation or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws. ARTICLE A-29 LABOR COMPLIANCE Supplier shall comply with Public Resources Code section 75075 regarding Labor Compliance Programs. Supplier's failure or refusal to comply with this requirement shall be considered a substantial breach of this Agreement. 19 55A-37
