Agreements valued at greater <br />than $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the <br />City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report (Exhibit 1) to the <br />Housing Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements.
