The City and Employer entered into that certain On-the-Job Training Agreement Under the Workforce <br />Investment Act dated May 31, 2011, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement". <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend said Agreement, to reduce the number of individuals to be served, and to <br />reduce the Budget of said Agreement. Relevant exhibits affected by these changes will also be amended. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, "Term" of said Agreement is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through October <br />31, 201 1. The terms of the Agreement allow for an extension of the Term by mutual agreement of all <br />parties to a written Amendment. <br />2. Section 2, "Scope of Work", is amended as detailed in the revised Exhibit A which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />3.
