.. <br />Premises. <br />2O. REPRESENTATIVES AND NOTSCES. <br />(a) Representatives <br />For purposes of implementing this Agreement, the representa- <br />tive of Landlord shall be the Executive Director of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and the representa- -- <br />five of Tenant shall be the Executive Director of California State <br />University, Fullerton Foundation. Except as may be otherwise <br />stated in this Agre @ment, such representatives shall have the <br />authority to act on behalf of their respective parties in carrying <br />out the terms of this Agreement. <br />(b) Notices <br />Whenever under this Lease a provision is made for any demand, <br />notice or declaration of any ']rind, it shall be in writing and <br />served either personally or sent by registered or certified United <br />States mail, postage prepaid, addressed at the addresses as set <br />forth below: <br />IF TO LANDLORD: Executive Director <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana <br />20 Civic Center Plaza M -25 <br />P.O. Box 1988 <br />Santa Ana , CA 9 2 7 0 1 <br />iF TO TENANT: - Executive Director <br />California State University, Fullerton <br />Foundation <br />2600 E. Nutwood, Suite 120 <br />Fullerton, CA 92631 <br />Such notice shall be deemed to be received within forty -eight (48) <br />hours from the time of mailing if mailed as provided for in this <br />paragraph. <br />2 1 _ LANDLORD ' S R =GHT OF ENTRY . <br />Landlord's officers and employees shall have the right to <br />enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspect- <br />ing same and performing Landlords maintenance responsibilities <br />under this Lease. <br />2 2 . CHO= CE OF LAW <br />This Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />California. <br />16 <br />
